I definitely don't take people who are trying to sell online seriously if they don't have a website, and it would make my life a lot easier if all of the people who were offline had a site so I could check out their products online too. Personally, I don't take a company that seriously when they don't have a website...but if they DO have a website, it needs to look professional.
