The Blue Gecko Candle Company’s Silky Milky Bubble Bath Review

Filed under: Bath and Body, Reviews — Sarah @ 12:14 pm

I love The Blue Gecko Candle Company’s Silky Milky Bubble Bath.

I tried the Silky Milky Bubble Bath in Black Raspberry Vanilla, and it smells delicous, without being overwhelming.

The fragrance was just right for the bath, and the bubbles were great, and lasted for over 20 minutes - and I only remembered that I should be timing how long the bubbles lasted after I’d been in the tub for a while.

In fact - there were still bubbles when I finished taking the bath - usually the bath ends when the bubbles disappear, or I have to add more bubble bath halfway through, but this time I didn’t have that problem.

And since the Silky Milky Bubble Bath is white - there’s no chance that the colorants in the bubble bath will stain the tub, resulting in the need to clean the tub after the bath.

Here’s what The Blue Gecko Candle Company says about their Silky Milky Bubble Bath, $11.95:

Created with skin nourishing milk powders, pore cleansing Dead Sea Salts, alluring fragrances, and skin smoothing Sodium Bicarbonate, our luxurious Silky Milky Bubble Bath is sure to become a must have favorite! You will receive a 12 oz milk bottle container filled with all you need for approximately eight, skin soothing, bubble filled baths!

If you’ll notice from the picture I didn’t get the full size Silky Milky Bubble Bath to review, just enough for a couple of baths, so when you order, your bubble bath won’t come in a plastic baggie.

The instructions on the Silky Milky Bubble Bath say to Add 3 tablespoons to running water.

Although I wouldn’t normally get out the tablespoon and measure the bubblebath, I did do it since I was using it for a review, but I probably could have gotten away with using less bubble bath. Of course three tablespoons did give me a nice, fragrant, bubbly bath.

I really liked the Silky Milky Bubble Bath, and I was really surprised at how long the bubbles lasted.

I know when I reviewed the Lush Marathon Bubble Bar the bubbles disappeard as soon as I got in the bathtub - that was a disappointng experience.

It’s nice to find something that works well - and smells good too.

If you’ve tried Silky Milky Bubble Bath leave me a comment and let me know how you liked it - and what fragrance it was!

  1. I recently tried “Love Spell” and LOVE the scent! I think the name Silky Milky Bubble Bath fits this product perfectly! It truly does make the water and your skin silky! The relaxing smell drifted through my entire bathroom and bedroom. Afterwards, I fell asleep fast and slept like a baby. I loved it so much, that I also ordered Brown Sugar and Passionate Kisses for presents! Deirdre is always fast and professional when I order and her products are top-notch!
