If you’re in the market for tarts check out Cozy Cottage Scents - all they sell is tarts, so you don’t have to decide whether you should buy a tart, or a candle, or a votive, or something else - all you have to decide is what shape and what scent you want your tarts to be.
I’d try Pink Raspberries, Cactus Sea Salt, and Cocunut Grove myself.
